Link to my recorded interview

This is going to be a different kind of post today.

But I want to explain a little bit to my followers across all of my three blogs and the website.

This post does involve the hospitality and tourism industry in some aspects, because I know that people in some of these groups maybe suffering the same demons I’m going to briefly explain to you.

I was invited a few days ago by the lovely Tina Clare, who co-founded “Talk, Change, Grow” and also the associated FB Group, “let’s talk mental Health” to do a recorded interview to talk about my new book and “Recipes from my travels” and the story of how the blog came about.

This interview also highlighted the problems in society today associated with the stigmas of such issues such as depression, addiction, debt and any other problems people find difficult to talk about or indeed reach out and ask for help.

I’m going to leave it up to the followers of my blog if they want to watch it or not and also I’m asking the admins of the groups if I can share it because if their is just one person in any of these groups that watch this interview whose lives maybe saved or changed for the better then I know it’s all been worthwhile putting myself on show in such a private and personal manner. If the issues I mention in the interview offends anyone as it’s quite upsetting in parts, please accept my sincere apologies.

All I ask is that if you do decide to watch the interview, could you please just put a comment or at least a like in the comments section of the video please.

All the best

Paul ❤️
